Introduction

Environmental Health and Safety (EH&S) provides review of the Colleges’ safety and health programs, performs audits, and provides recommendations for EH&S program enhancements. EH&S reviews accidents and incidents for areas for improvement, reviews the laboratory and facility safety programs for the Colleges, and provides a variety of safety services, policies, procedures and guidance documents.  EH&S serves as liaison with regulatory and compliance agencies and is charged with certain EH&S inspections for a safe and healthy environment for faculty, adjuncts, staff, and students.
